Below are the standard check-in and check-out times at our hotel.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PMOur cancellation policy is as follows:
No-show / No notice: 100% of the accommodation fee
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the accommodation fee
3 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee
7 days prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation fee
Please note:
Cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters may not be subject to the above policy.
Depending on the accommodation plan, cancellation fees may apply from the time the reservation is confirmed.
If the policy differs from the standard terms above, details will be clearly stated on the plan description page.

We do not offer dinner-included plans.
However, advance reservations can be made at our on-site dining venue, Happo Gyoza.
