CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
No-show / No notice: 100% of the accommodation fee
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the accommodation fee
Cancellation 3 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation fee
Please note that the above cancellation policy may not apply in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters.
Depending on the accommodation plan, cancellation fees may apply from the time the reservation is confirmed.
If the policy differs from the standard terms above, details will be clearly stated on the plan description page.
